By accessing or using MYHEROKIDAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and any other visitors.
2. Description of Service
MYHEROKIDAI is an AI-powered platform that creates personalized children's storybooks, educational worksheets, activity books, and voice narrations. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is personalized based on the information you provide about your child.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating child profiles.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- Stories, illustrations, worksheets, and other content generated for your account are for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may print, share, and enjoy generated content within your family.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content.
- AI-generated illustrations are artistic representations and not photographs.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (India). International payment support coming soon.
- One-time Purchase (₹149): Unlocks a single story pack without watermarks. This is a one-time digital purchase and is non-refundable.
- Family Plan (₹499/month): Grants 10 story generation credits per billing cycle (30 days), along with premium features including no watermarks, photo-based personalization, and priority generation.
- Credit Validity: The 20 monthly credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal. If all 20 credits are used before 30 days, new credits will only be available upon the next monthly renewal. Unused credits expire at the end of the 30-day billing cycle and do not carry over.
- Auto-Renewal: The Family Plan auto-renews every 30 days. On successful renewal, a fresh set of 10 credits is granted. If the renewal payment fails, your existing stories remain accessible but no new stories can be created until payment is resolved.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. No cancellation fees.
- All subscription purchases are subject to our 7-day Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- Create content that could be harmful to children.
- Share your account with unauthorized users.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All stories, illustrations, and educational content are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. We review and filter content for child safety, but parents should review generated content before sharing with children.
8. Limitation of Liability
MYHEROKIDAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
